By locating your property you will help us understand more about your building. We can assess the building type, complexity, size and accessibility to the property. It also helps us to source available drone pilots to capture imagery of your property. Let us also know if there is one or several buildings on the property that you want to be included in your 3D model.
Decide service level
Do you need help with image capture? Let Spotscale hire a drone pilot to fly over your property. This option includes service by our network of skilled drone pilots, we can cater to your needs whatever and wherever they are. Our Full-service alternative includes everything.

Processing only:
If you have your own camera and drone, let Spotscale do the processing! Our 3D reconstruction algorithms are optimized and tailored for buildings and urban environments. You upload your images and we’ll deliver a 3D model in your preferred resolution. We also provide you and your customer with a 12-month plan with tools included for inspection and collaboration.

Building category
- Tell us what type of building category is your property. Is it a factory, a skyscraper or a bridge? We have multiple categories to choose from.
- Do you want measurements extracted? We can extract specific measurements for you to use in your work.
Select the type of 3D model you want
- Facade – a basic model (pictures are taken only from facade view)
- Roof – also known as Top view – Ortho – a basic model (pictures taken only from above)
- Oblique view – 2.5D model (pictures taken from above and tilted from the side)
- Full view – Full 3D model (pictures taken from above, tilted and from the facade angle of the property)
- Thermal – a thermal model lets you experience what the eye cannot see. You can identify heat or cold leakages and let a thermographer analyze your building.
Decide on quality
Spotscale offers 3 different quality levels. Quality level is based on Ground Sampling Distance (GSD):
- Standard (GSD 2 cm)
- High Resolution (GSD 5 mm)
- Ultra-High Resolution (GSD 2 mm)
